THE BIBLE SCHOOL

All of the churches who have grown out of our evangelistic

work have representatives in our pastor's fellowship. One of the great benefits of this fellowship is to offer advanced

training to pastoral candidates, children's workers, and those who wish to reach others for Christ.  Our bible school offers seven classes. Three of these classes are taught in the village churches by the local pastor and workers.  These classes for basic bible knowledge are:

Old Testament Survey (2 Weeks)

New Testament Survey (2 Weeks)

Bible Doctrines (3 Weeks)

The other four classes are taught at the DaNgow Church here on the outskirts of Phnom Penh.  Missionary Glenn Colley Teaches these classes himself with help form our local workers.  These classes are:

Advanced Bible Studies (4 weeks)

Pastor's class (60 hours)

Biblical Times and Places (2 weeks)

Evangelizer's Class (2 weeks)

For each class we provide all their bible study materials which have been carefully written and translated into the Khmer language over the years. We also provide a small stipend to allow the students to stop work while they attend classes and still have money for their spouse and/or children.  We cook meals for the students while they attend class with us.  So far this year we have been on schedule to received 60 students per year into at least one of our bible school classes. Some students return to advance through several courses. Our ministerial candidates must complete the first five classes listed above. The bible school has been a great blessing to provide able workers, soul winners, and helpers especially in the village churches.  The remote classes also give the pastoral candidates and workers experience in teaching the classes themselves.
